"Any health care funding plan that is just, equitable, civilized and humane must - must - redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and the less fortunate. Excellent healthcare is by definition re-distributional."

The Return of Christian Terrorism
The Return of Christian Terrorism - AlterNet :Threats of right-wing violence have doubled in the past year. What is behind the latest upsurge in the movement to create a Christian theocratic state?"
This has been bothering me for a while. These people are trying to create Heaven on Earth by forcing everyone to live according to God's laws. They are the Christian Taliban. They want to create a dominion on Earth. God gives people free will who the f**k do they think they are to take it away. They are trying to create the Millennium of Revelation without the most important part. Christ.
It bothers me too. I hate it when the extreme Christians get all self righteous and condemning of others when they're guilty of a lot of the same things. And there's times where I'm sure people think I hate the Christian religion when I hate what it's become and not what it stands for. I don't like the fact that Christians can be some of the most hateful, judgmental and hurtful people out there. I don't like how we have terrorists blowing people up in the name of God.
You make a good point with the free will that we have. If we didn't have it we'd pretty much be slaves because we wouldn't have a choice in anything.
