This is hands down my favorite quote by Stewart, well, second favorite... my most famous is his one after this, "I don't let my kids eat ice cream every night... they wish I did! But even they know that doesn't make me the Hitler of ice cream!"
I remember seeing that one! One of my favorites is when he's talking about the Tea Party:

You know how much trouble you'd get in if you broke into a ship, stole the cargo from the ship's owners, and just threw it overboard? The Tea Party namesake... you're named after the most celebrated act of theft and vandalism of private property in our nation's history! And you can't stomach a little park camping?"
