I'm pretty sure that FDR didn't say that and he made a huge difference in peoples lives because of the New Deal programs he signed into law. And if we didn't have taxes, we wouldn't have an advanced civilization. Plus, the government owes more money to the American people than anyone else.

That is the biggest bunch of Crap that I have ever seen. People want jobs where they can support their families, buy a house and save for their retirement. That is what they want, and that is what our government has sent overseas. Reagan sucked.
I thought it was a load of crap too. People apparently don't know that because of FDR we have less seniors living in poverty than before. And they're living longer. Reagan did suck. His starting of 'starve the beast' got us into this mess.
