Well they're at it again. No means no, no matter what a woman's age is. And a 12 or 13 year old isn't at the maturity level to be sleeping with someone who's 17+ and is probably taking advantage of these young women. I guess the GOP won't be happy until all entitlement programs for the poor are cut and they make women have their babies even if they were raped.
