I have always wondered, why conservatives have the belief, that all you have to do is lower taxes for the wealthy, and they will create jobs. If that were true, the Bush Years should have been Camelot. They were not.
I don't understand it either. Maybe they said it enough times to believe it even though the data shows it doesn't work.
