Five Myths About America’s Schools - Washington Post
A very interesting article that makes a lot of good points.
"If the United States is supposed to uphold "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" how can a sick or dying person without health care have these rights."
~Motivated In Ohio
"Any health care funding plan that is just, equitable, civilized and humane must - must - redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and the less fortunate. Excellent healthcare is by definition re-distributional."
~Donald Berwick

The Charter School Myth, is one of the worse one that is happening in this country, as the article points out, a few charter schools have exceptional records. Charters as a whole, do worse than our public schools and even get their teachers from as far away as Turkey. Monday morning at 11:00, at www.motivatedinohio.com there will be a discussion of this topic.
Sweet :]
