I wonder how much income inequality has to do with that. I would assume a lot.
"If the United States is supposed to uphold "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" how can a sick or dying person without health care have these rights."
~Motivated In Ohio
"Any health care funding plan that is just, equitable, civilized and humane must - must - redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and the less fortunate. Excellent healthcare is by definition re-distributional."

Income inequality, as you point out, lies at the heart of this problem. Without hope, people often choose a destructive path. Thanks for this post. I will probably write about the report in some detail later. It is important.
It is very important. I wish more people knew how bad income inequality is for the world.
I was watching a Vangard documentary on the insourcing of pop production, from Mexico to America. This country has gotten so bad, that the only jobs coming into the country, are illegal.
OT: I Am thinking about starting a Morning Disqus at my place, are you interested?
What would the Morning Disqus entail?
I would post an article at an agreed upon time, and everyone just show up, at an agreed upon time to comment then. Say 10:00 or something.
That would be pretty sweet :]
