Not that hard to figure out. We need the government to hire millions of unemployed people and pay them a very nice wage to rebuild our infrastructure. The money will come from ending corporate welfare and taxing capital gains as we do income derived from labor. Get the hell out of Afghanistan and Iraq and there's plenty of money available. The Progressive Caucus budget has all the details worked out. Not a word is said about this.
