I got in a discussion with a friend over whether it was only the churches job to take care of people. I told him that I refuse to believe that a truly loving God would say that only the church can take care of people when the government has better resources to take care of everyone.
Good answer. Churches need to take care of people,other charities, individuals who are able, and the government. It is not an either or situation.
Exactly! And I hate it when people say it is. It's like people don't question anything anymore.
