That's what they are trying to do here. I am not for pirating material, but this is extreme, the private prison industry will soon be on board.
If they aren't already. Sentences like that should be left for severe crimes. Not pirating!
People are in jail for the most minor offenses, (unless they are rich, in which case they get a pass)
