Hypocritical Congressional Republicans Now Want To Raise Taxes on The Middle Class

Cheap Labor Conservatives Will Destroy The Middle Class

Cheap Labor Conservatives Will Destroy The Middle Class: "You’ve heard it all before, taxes and regulations are the reasons why American has lost more than 40,000 U.S. manufacturing plants between 2001 and 2009 (including 36 percent of factories employing more than 1,000 workers). Also From 2000 to 2009, 5.5 million or 32 percent of all manufacturing jobs were lost, all because of the oppressive regulations of the EPA and taxes.

Well here is a great story coming right out of China that runs smack in opposition to what the cheap labor conservative in the Republican Party have been telling you...."

GOP may OK tax increase that Obama hopes to block

GOP may OK tax increase that Obama hopes to block: "News flash: Congressional Republicans want to raise your taxes. Impossible, right? GOP lawmakers are so virulently anti-tax, surely they will fight to prevent a payroll tax increase on virtually every wage-earner starting Jan. 1, right?
Apparently not.

Many of the same Republicans who fought hammer-and-tong to keep the George W. Bush-era income tax cuts from expiring on schedule are now saying a different "temporary" tax cut should end as planned. By their own definition, that amounts to a tax increase...."

What a bunch of hypocrites.

What I Don't Understand

So, I got told today by a Teabagger that I don't understand that if taxes are raised on the rich, that they won't create jobs. Oh fucking really now? Somehow Clinton raised taxes, and 20-25 million jobs were created. Bush lowered taxes and we lost millions of jobs and you're going to try and tell me that I don't understand?! What I don't understand is how I pay more in taxes than Exxon Mobil when I live below the fucking poverty level. I actually owed money this year when they and plenty of other companies got a fucking refund check! What I don't understand is how they're the 'job creators' and they're not making any damn jobs. Instead, they're laying of workers while making record profits and sitting on millions of dollars! What I don't understand is how people get this idea into their head that supply side economics is a fucking good thing. What I don't understand is how me and millions of other people are expected to pay more than our fair share when we sure as hell can't afford it. And the people who can afford it are receiving welfare on steroids!

A company who makes $5 million an hour in profit can receive welfare and that's ok but thousands of people who actually need the help are given the boot! Are you fucking kidding me?! How are we supposed to get out of this damn recession when money is being squeezed out of the middle class? To give you an idea of how bad it's getting; the CEO of Wal-Mart makes in one hour, what the average annual salary is of a Wal-Mart employee. But somehow they can't afford to pay more but the rest of us can?! Give me a fucking break!

“The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much, it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.”

Super Wealthy CEOs Help Crush the American Worker, Then Cry About Class Warfare

Super Wealthy CEOs Help Crush the American Worker, Then Cry About Class Warfare: "The reckless finance class that torpedoed the economy continues to accuse President Obama of class warfare. Are they kidding?

I ran into my friend Jeff Madrick a few weeks ago. Like a rabbit out of a hat, or so it seemed, he whipped from his coat a copy of his new book, Age of Greed.

He gave the book to me and I'm grateful. It's a compelling and worthy read. Jeff's an able journalist; an excellent and cogent storyteller in a field that often defies the straightforward plot or easy explanation -- economics..."

Congressman Ryan Speaks Out After "Boehner Short Term Default Act"

Rick Warren Derides The Tax Paying Poor As His Church Pays No Taxes

Rick Warren Derides The Tax Paying Poor As His Church Pays No Taxes: "The nation’s tax system offers many benefits to every citizen and none is more important than a sense of contributing to America’s greatness that is shared by ever person who is not a 10-year-old child who is unable to work or purchase anything with their own funds. Although taxpayer dollars fund the military, police and fire protection, roads, bridges, and myriad other government provided benefits, the sentiment of investing in America should help bring people together with a sense of mutual participation in maintaining a great nation. Ever since the rise of the teabagger movement, there has been a fallacy that half of Americans do not pay any taxes and it has led teabags and their ultra-conservative brethren to decry the lack of involvement by the poor in having any value to America. Last Monday, a super-wealthy Christian preacher joined teabaggers in criticizing poor people, seniors, and many lower-middle class Americans for advocating raising taxes on the top 2% of Americans who continue receiving tax cuts regardless that the country’s economic status is less than wonderful..."

To have a 'man of God' say something like this pisses me right the fuck off. What a hypocrite. Warren, I suggest that you go read Matthew 25. I'm also glad I've never read your book A Purpose Driven Life. Especially since it was written by a filthy hypocrite like you. >:(
